We are thrilled to have you join us at our Kentucky inn, Bluegrass Country Estate, for a relaxing weekend or for one of the many events in the area. We offer lodging accommodations in a truly unique setting near Louisville, Kentucky with a full range of amenities that you most likely will not find at other inns.

We have established a number of policies to ensure that our guests are delighted and are able to enjoy all of our amenities.

• Minimum stay during weekends is two nights, and we request payment in advance for the first night with full payment upon check-in. Special events such as Kentucky Derby, Ryder’s Cup 2008 and International Horse Trials 2010 may vary.

• VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.

• Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to check-in will be refunded their deposit less a credit card processing fee of 5%.

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is noon.

• Arrangement for special events may be coordinated, in advance with us. Preview and planning visits are welcome.

• Use of the pool, hot tub and workout room will require signed waivers, and guests must adhere to the rules posted.

• For those lodging their horse(s), Negative Coggins & a current health certificate(s) must be faxed at the time of reservation. We know you are as interested as we are to ensure safety of these special family members of ours.
