Come join us for this Special Kentucky Event! If you want the full experience, come stay with us in horse country on a beautiful Country Estate. Like most inns and hotels, we offer our accommodations in specially priced packaged promotions.

We have packaged a three-night stay which includes:

• Delicious breakfast each morning
• Cocktails and Barbeque by the pool on Thursday night
• Special Derby remembrance gift
• And of course, all of the amenities you have been reading about…
  - Watch the derby re-run in the full room Theatre
  - Take a dip in the pool or relax in our Hot Tub
  - Use the Exercise room or take a stroll along all of the other horse farms
  - Or just simply, relax, read a book or do nothing!

Rates for this package are:

$1500 for the “Run for the Roses” and Filly (Philly) rooms

$1650 for the “Ascot” and “Turf” rooms

$1800 for the “Steeplechase Suite”

Plus applicable sales and occupancy tax (10%)

Derby vacation pricing is applicable May 1 – 4, 2008. We request a 50% deposit with the balance due by January 31, 2008. Cancellations up to that date will be refunded less $100 to cover rebooking and credit card processing fees. Booking beyond January 31 require full noon-refundable payment, at the time of reservation. We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover. We hope to be your hosts for Derby!!

Ryder Cup 2008

Come join us for Ryder Cup in Kentucky! We are so excited to be hosting this great event in Kentucky this year and would love you to stay with us. The Bluegrass Country Estate is the perfect venue, Kentucky without horse country simply is not Kentucky, so do it right. We are catering to groups and have 5 rooms (double occupancy) to accommodate you and your friends. Like most inns and hotels, we offer our accommodations in specially priced promotions. We are also an excellent alternative to renting a private home for your group – you get breakfast and we clean up!

We have packaged a five-night stay which includes:
