Kentucky Derby 2013
We are booked for 2012 so make sure you make plans early for 2013! Come join us for this special Kentucky Event! If you want the full experience, come stay with us in horse country on a beautiful Country Estate. Like most inns and hotels, we offer our accommodations in specially priced packaged promotions.
 We have packaged a three-night stay which includes:
- Delicious breakfast each morning
- Cocktails and Kentucky Barbecue by the pool on Thursday night
- Special Derby remembrance gifts
- Opportunity to watch some of the up and coming Thoroughbreds train in the morning at a local farm
- And of course, all of the amenities you have been reading about…
- Watch the Derby re-run in the full-room Theater
- Take a dip in the pool or relax in our hot tub
- Use the exercise room or take a stroll along all of the other horse farms
- Or just simply, relax, read a book or do nothing!
Rates for this package are:
$1500 for the “Run for the Roses” and Filly (Philly) rooms
$1650 for the “Ascot” and “Turf” rooms
$1800 for the “Steeplechase Suite”
Plus applicable sales and occupancy tax (10%)
We request a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance due by January 31, 2011 for Derby and June 30, 2011 for Breeders Cup. Cancellations up to that date will be refunded less $100 to cover re-booking and credit card processing fees. Booking beyond January 31 require full non-refundable payment, at the time of reservation. We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

Breeders Cup - 2012
Bluegrass Country Estate is the perfect place to stay for Breeders Cup ! On a working horse farm, next to a Thoroughbred Training Center (watch a morning workout) and all the amenities you can imagine. Groups are welcome and if you rent the entire Inn, we will throw a cocktail and hors-d'oeuvres party for you! You can also watch the race in our full room Theater sitting in our comfy chairs and even have some popcorn!!
Bring your horses and take a ride with us through L'Esprit on 25 miles of beautiful private riding trails or let us know and we can make arrangements for a trail ride if you don't have your own horses.
Our rates for Breeders Cup are more than competitive, starting @ $200 per room, per night. Filly and Run for the Roses rooms @ $200 each, Ascot and Turf rooms @ $230 each and the Steeplechase Suite @ $250 plus applicable taxes. There is a 2-night minimum for this event.
You certainly won't find any place with better accommodations or service. We serve a full gourmet breakfast each morning (other guests say "to die for"), there are snacks available 24/7, we offer tea or a glass of wine and munchies in the afternoon or early evening before dinner depending on your preference.
Call us if you have a special request and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. Box lunches and dinners are also available at an additional cost.
